Independent Health Foundation cares about the health and wellness of all members of our community. We created Good for the Neighborhood to help give people the tools needed to live a healthy lifestyle.

 

When you come to an event, you are able to talk with health experts including pharmacists, food experts, mental health counselors, medical professionals and much more. Each event is family-focused, including free healthy food samples, a farmer's market, free health screenings and fun activities for kids.

 

Fun giveaways are available at each event too! Every year, Independent Health Foundation gives out over 700 bags of school supplies. We also raffle off bikes and have a helmet give away for children who attend. To learn more about a Good for the Neighborhood event near you, visit the events page.
